Acupuncture May Benefit Parkinson's Patients
An article published on the Medical News Today website ( 20th September 2012 ) reported the findings of a clinical trial regarding Parkinsons patients and Acupuncture.
“They found that acupuncture encourages better neural responses in the following brain regions: the basal ganglia, putamen, thalamus, caudate, and substantia nigra - all associated with Parkinson's disease.”
