All of the practitioners are  members of the British Acupuncture Council and  have the distinction  of using the letters  BAaC after their name. As the UK’s largest body of professional acupuncturist they guarantee  excellence in training, safe practice and professional conduct. Its is the UK’s main regulatory body for the practice of traditional acupuncture  with over 2400 acupuncturists.

All of the practitioners have a University Degree awarded from one of the designated  British Accredited Universities suitable to teach Acupuncture. British Acupuncture Association
As such they would all have received Three to Four Years training and will have either the letters BA ( Hons ) Traditional Acupuncture, or Bsc Traditional Chinese Medicine after their names.

As members of the British Acupuncture Society it is mandatory to continue their professional development throughout  the rest of their  careers.


Many  have gained additional diplomas and certifications or attended specialist training courses . Others are also qualified in other complementary therapies as well as Acupuncture or have worked as health professionals in mainstream western medicine.
